Well said Canny.
The club will argue about "market forces", about how they can pretty much sell-out every game. Demand out-stripping supply.
What they need to recognise though, especially in these pro-longed times of austerity, is that they need to reward their fan base... give something back to supporters. It's not good enough just to say how wonderful the support from the fans is. If they're seen to take, take, take all the time, and not offer some rewards... it will erode the long term good-will of its fan base shortly after the linings of pockets have been completely eroded.
