Don't remember Holt being on the wing much.
I think the problem playing teams of the style of West Ham is that you get dragged into their kind of game. First 20 minutes yesterday we got behind them, Surman particularly, by playing through midfield. The longer it went on the more we tried to take them on at longer balls.
Plus points: at no point did I think we wouldn't keep a clean sheet, really.
