I posted yesterday that Holt didn't seem to have any of his trademark swagger about him.
That's been one of the things I've most loved and such an important part of his game - even when he's not been scoring.
He seemed positively meek yesterday. He didn't clap the fans as he went off and barely acknowledged the coaches as he sat down. I missed the huddle - was he doing his usual stirring stuff in there did anyone notice?
The relationship between the fans has clearly changed since the summer. I'm wondering if he's still the same king pin with the other players and the new management team as he was last season.
I think no one was happy with the way the new contract was agreed but now that it has been, I want my old swaggering, confident, arrogant, opposition annoying Holty back!
