From memory the kick off of the Stoke home game was decided quite late on in the day, not quite sure why this was. Maybe some negotiation was going on.

They won their Euro qualifier and I was expecting an announcement the next day, but it dragged or for a while.

At the time I was doing the Caps home travel and we couldn't book confirm the train times with National Express.
