SHOULD have signed Sharp. I said I'd have preferred him to Jerome, CMS, Cole and the other names that were being bandied around last night.

As for Whitaker we'll have to wait and see. I hope he's brilliant, I really do.

I like optimism and I will always 100% get behind any City player. I just think we're going to struggle, that's all.
