Yep thats what they will do/are doing
as have Man City. Ridiculous sponsorship deals with companies owned by their owners to inflate their income/tunrover.
I may be wrong on this but i think the rules are pretty toothless in the prem and in QPRs case (or any other team whos prime aim is survival) because the only sanction of breaking the rule is not being allowed to compete in UEFA competitions if you qualify. I suspect that doesn't concern them hugely at present.
