Was thinking about the baby on board sticker debate from yesterday

Someone said they were intended to let ambulance drivers know if a child had ben flung from their seat.

WTF? Why not have one saying 2 middle aged adults, 3 elderly people (1 male, 2 female), 2 babies (9 months, 3 years) and a dog on board?????????

PLUS, if a child had been thrown from their seat shouldn't the parents have put the straps on the little 'uns?
