Does it have to be either-or?
Honestly, my workplace is predominantly female, and a group of my colleagues put us wrathers to shame with their comments about male athletes, footballers, you name it. We're pretty mild by comparison.
I feel entirely comfortable, for example, both celebrating and admiring Vicky's sporting prowess, determination, attitude and achievement; whilst simultaneously very very much enjoying the picture of her naked that she very much enjoyed posing for...
