ah, too late. i've prepped them all up now

bit of a faff sorting the little f**kers out but what i did was poured a kettle of boiling water over them to open them up. then i plunged them in cold water and cleaned them up. then i chopped them up a bit and made a paste out of ginger, chopped chilli, soy soss, coriander, parsley, olive oil and lime juice all mashed up in a mortar and pestle. now marinading before a flash through in the pan.

prawns all cleaned and shelled now ready to go.
