tracksuit manager who trains with the players and his warm ups before a match are the funniest i've seen to-date. He gets all the playrs laughing and joking during the warm up before a match which is fantastic for team sprit. I think Taylor would lift the players and make a push for the play-offs after that he can leave either way.
