Cheap telephone calls tip for WOTB

For years I have been using 1899 (see www.1899.com).

It is sooooooo cheap that it's laughable. You just sign-up on-line, then dial 1899 at the start of a telephone number.

If for example you make a call to a UK landline you pay a 5p connection charge and then talk for as long as you like for free.
