Re Froome - that wattage is nothing suspicious. Plenty of other riders will have surpassed it. What that says is that he had better TTing technique than most - and as far as I know there's no drug that helps with that. (but you can improve technique through the right training - which is what he must have done with Sky.)

Re Cav,OG - dunno really. There's four more sprint stages so guess he's holding out for them. In particular (a) he wants one more stage win to be the most successful sprinter in Tour history, and he's a cyclist who loves his cycling history, and (b) he loves winning in Paris in the final stage. So guess those two things, really.
