Not sure why he got so much hate.

If he wants (and thinks he deserves a new contract) he doesnt have any options to do what he did.

To be fair to all parties.

Yes he signed a deal and should either honor it or ask for a transfer.

When he was turned down by mcnally the only weapon he has left is demanding a transfer.

Football is a business like any other.
Grant Holt is looking after Grant Holt (and his family).......Just like Adam Drury is looking after Adam Drury by taking the better deal elsewhere.

I fully understand the club not wanting to give Holt 3 years for the same reason they didnt want to give Drury 2 years.

Its just f**king business........ people take this s**t way too personally

I don't blame Grant and I dont blame the club.

Personally I said if we were offered 5 million for GH we should have taken it.

Rooney had a big fall out with Fergie a while back, it happens..... new contract signed........ all forgotten.
