If I was overpeforming in my current role (as if)and there were these cocky youn gupstarts

earning more than 5 times more doing the same role at another company but grossly underachieving, I'd still be determined to stay at my current employers at the same salary through sheer devotion to the company and it's clients and not to mention my own integrity. No question.
