The other problem the board has is as follows.
Pay off Worthy probably ?1m
A new manager would want his own coaching staff
Foley probably ?500k
Livermore ?500k
Plus other backroom staff ?500k
Cost of getting shot ?2.5m
Then compensation if we poach a manager something I don't agree with. who knows lets say ?500k for a new management team.
So the cost to change is probably in the region of ?3m thats a big risk.
