The worst trait this guy has

and I might be translating this wrong, but I don't think I am :)

Is, when he's talking to people, you can gage his smug know all opinion by how he starts to converse with people with his hand on the back of his head, and leaning backwards

It stinks of feeling superior to others. The worst is when he stands or sits there with both hands on his head, to demonstrate just how much better he is than everyone else

And with all people who don't realise themselves, loads of his convos at work peter out quickly, because unless the reciprocant wants an argument, it's best to just let him say what he has to, and then go back to your headphones
