how to deal with bt:

A few years back, and annoyed with waiting an age to be connected, I googled the name of their ceo and managed to guess his email address by looking at others in the company. I got a really apologetic personal message, followed five minutes later by a message from the chief engineer, and by the time I was home all was fixed.
