I've been doing some reading about Hughton
Players really like him, he is calm under pressure, but he might be a bit too soft on them.
He is not one to give a rollicking, his assitant Colin Calderwood is more of that type.
He tends to be the first at the training ground and the last to leave, which is the opposite to Lambert.
