So long as it's someone who appears to have some tactical nous, tries to play attractive football, has ambition and isn't Souness, Keegan or Morten Olsen.

I don't think it's important whether he's a big(ish) name or not - I'd be happy with someone from the lower divisions or from within the club - it's worked before ...
