Did an excellent job at Watford with no money and they wee favourites to go down - brought youth through really well.

Cardiff's team was hurt a lot this summer and he managed to build a team capable of making the play-offs from it.

I'd rather judge him on 2 years worth of good results than just 2 games personally.

Ho hum - he wouldn't be my first choice but the level of opposition toward him on here is ridiculous.

Doesn't even play hoof ball particularly either
