Let's compare and contrast:

Delia vs Bloom - Bloom wins this one hands down. Yes Delia has shifted a few cookery books over the years but I don't think she is worth 500 million.

Amex vs Carrow Road - I have been to Carrow Road and it's a nice stadium. However the Amex is state of the art and with the new seats being added into the East Stand Pre-season the new capacity is 27,500

Sussex vs Norfolk - Difficult one, both counties have a lot of positives but in terms of population and potential fan base Sussex just edges it.

The one big plus in your favour is Premier League football, however in my opinion the only clubs Poyet would leave for at the moment are Chelsea and Spurs. No offence but I don't think he would find Norwich especially appealing.
