pretty simple choice....
taken norwich as far as he can, given our wage structure and limited funds to spend.
villa offer him a salary of say 50% more than he's on now, and a budget to spend of say 5-6 times more than norwich offer....... PLUS they are on the ropes and can only get better (he'd be confident of at least keeping them up) - and therefore a new challenge whereby he can conceivably get a good result in raising them from the dead.
