I don't understand why Villa?

They are not areally big club, they are in decline. No chance winning anything in reality, do they have a chance of finishing top 5?. Lots of expensive and highly paid underperforming prima donnas .
Going to villa can't impropve his CV only make it look worse when a big club becomes available,.
Martin Oneil walked out so surely lambert would have spoken to him first?
Lamber'ts best option is to stay with us next year or two then go to a big club, like Spurs ect.

With Rogers going to liverpool, it looks like lambert has got the second (or is that the booby) prize!
And finally I hope he gets them relegated - cos that means only 2 relegation spaces to worry about, and Swansea may well have one of those booked!
