It would be disappointing

...because it only confirms so many stereotypes about the football hierarchy. That you can't take a team higher than people (or the media mainly) expect them to go. Once there you can't take another step. And that it's all about money. And that the grass is always greener. And that this time you want it to be different. And it rarely is.?
But I can't predict the future.?
