Immediately call the police
Who will assess risk and any code words etc. I was working at a reasonably well known event three years ago which received a call from someone with an Asian name who said there was bomb in a key location. Would have meant evacuating upwards of 100,000 people. Police assessed and decided it was a hoax (which obviously it was).
