haven't heard abanyone today suggesting sacking Worthy

and the biggest reason we are where we are and not where we were is the amount of dosh the board have conjured up for Worthy to spend. With that amount of money Rioch might have got us up. That doesn't mean Worthy hasn't played a v. important part though. But he still needs to demonstrate more technical & tactical football-knowledge type skills to go with undoubted man-management qualities if he is to take us to teh next step (establishment in the Prem). This season has frankly been a tactical disaster. But no-one is seriously suggesting he doesn't deserve to be given the chance.
