And Ally McCoist *did* know already who they were before his demented rant because Rangers' lawyer was at the hearing.
The punishment is fair and makes some sense because RFC haven't paid any transfer fees to other clubs for over a year while still playing the players obtained. The fines are irrelevant because they haven't got a pot to piss in and won't pay them anyway.
