Surman is still better at it though, Pilks is a long term option
We need to forget about being pretty for the rest of this season and just try to grind out some results, then when we have Ayala and Bennett as our central defense starting next season we can buy a decent CDM to protect them, therefore not having to rely on Surman and being able to play Pilks in a 442, that would also require us signing a new striker to partner Holt, mind you!
