Over the last 5 years it's been clear

Barca are stronger than anything in the Prem, then the Prem can have places 2 to 4, after that La Liga has been stronger in Europa League and beaten Prem sides consistently in it. So there isn't a clear winner as I've always said but it's idiot talk to say the Prem is far better or stronger.
