So, for example, numbers are allocated randomly for the draw
by computer. But someone has to input the data to tell which it which teams are in the draw. So instead of typing or selecting or whatever Leicester, They type/select Norwich/Leicester. But they also have to find out what all the results were first, and a Norwich equaliser means the game goes on slightly longer, etc, etc.
All these tiny variations accumulate, and anything - anything - that even slightly affects the moment at which the balls are emptied into the bag will change the outcome.
