I wouldn't do anything; that is unless a player is pushing for a new contract, and then I would have to decide on a case-by-case basis.

Of those players listed, the only player that I would be concerned about losing is Fox, and he still has 3 years on his contract. We just don't know which other players are likely to come in, which current players will then no longer be needed, and which current players are likely to develop well and/or maintain their current levels.

So I would do nothing. The only person I would consider offering something to is Drury, and that would depend on assessment of how much longer we think it likely he would be able to play in the top flight.
