I would get rid of ...

Drury, Wilbraham, Ward, C Martin, S Lappin, Barnett and Vaughan (don't think he is ever going to be fit).

Give all the others another year or 2, depending on age. Zac, has played surprisingly few games, but has been good when he has, maybe give him another year.
