I first heard about it from some Indian guy at Dell when I was working for the NHS

and I thought he was taking the piss royally, I'd been trying to get my head round it for a couple of hours before calling them - removed CMOS battery, reseated all cables, everything.

Saved a couple of friends at least ?50 be telling them to do that, first thing I do now.
