i think what happens when you get older is you look back

and your brain filters out all the s**te

for instance you remember the 90s for Oasis/Pulp etc instead of 911/Craig David

i will look back upon the 2000s fondly, remembering the libertines/radiohead and forget all the Chipmunks and LMFAO's of this world

thats why you always think the olden days were better
and curly wurlies used to be bigger and s**t like that
