Um, I'd go to a chemist mate

and get some advice about the best painkiller to suit what you've got (cos it didn't seem to matter how many I took, it eased for 30 minutes maybe, but soon started up again)

My life felt like a total blur for 2 weeks because of the agony. I remember going out walking loads to try and take my mind off it
