Sometimes you have to look at the fine details, is it just the players fault?

Or is it the manager and the players who are exposing him. More of the latter with Worthington in 04-06, we didn't really see a lot of him in 07-09 due to injury and Roeder not rating him too highly, for whatever reason. Lambert's getting the best out of him.
