Can't see how that would be financially viable...

at no extra cost to the club. Certainly would get more than around ?10m for the rest of the land they own, and that alone is NOT going to build a new 35,000/40,000 stadium out of town. Investment from private sources and perhaps Norfolk County Council, but then you are reducing the assets the club owns.

It's a non-starter and doesn't make sense.
