If you right-click on any folder in Windoze Explorer it lets you find out how much stuff is in there. So go through where you think lots of stuff might be - My Pictures, My Documents, My Porn, My Music, My Barbie, My God, etc - and see how much is there. If there's still a lot unaccounted for go into C:Program Files and look around in there.
What I don't have but would love is something that gave a simple tree contol that showed aggregated use at each node (i.e. size of contents of each folder and its subfolders).
