That doesn't tell us much...but if you just want a blub, as you were!

First things first, go to the device manager and see what hasn't been installed properly. Update drivers and Windows, BIOS if you're feeling brave (Usual s**t I start with when using a new PC).

Other than that...how are you trying to connect? Wireless/LAN/???
