I've already agreed with you on that issue.

You can use your body when you are jinking/turning with the ball at your feet and under your control (ie. you're f**king intending to touch the ball and move it past your opponent or pass it to someone, not just have the ball within your general area to kick it if you want to, OK?)

That's fine.

But when you are near the ball, have no intention of touching/kicking the ball, but you are holding your opponent off the ball, how can that not be a foul?!
