After 14 seasons supporting Leeds I have never been so ashamed. This beats League f**king 1. You can shove your season ticket renewal up your collective arse holes and dont dare have the cheek to remind me in future months i need to renew. What a f**king disgrace. 14 years and thousands of pounds for nothing. You do realise we should be getting a massive number each year buying but with ridiculous pricing and a c**t of a chairman, a spineless manager we get sales which relate to a club the size of f**king watford. I find your email very abusive and the language is extremely offensive. I do not appreciate my members of staff being subject to the content of your email. The member of staff who opened your email is upset with the tone and the disgusting vocabulary that you used.

The Club does not tolerate any such form of abusive behaviour towards their employees and will take the appropriate action. Until such time that you formally apologise, then your account is on hold including your season ticket access card.
