Fairly depressing comment on that Guardian podcast

"Great performances indeed from Swansea and Norwich. Swansea's passing game in the attacking third, as well as their pressing and ball winning, is a real pleasure to watch. Norwich were clinical on the counter attack, and really did deserve their win at West Brom (Oh Woy! Will the Hawthorns faithful ever get to enjoy a home win again this season?)
But let's not get too excited. There's a cycle here, where newly promoted sides begin playing fresh, new and exciting football, and after a year or two there is stagnation, as other teams figure you out, managers move on, bigger teams steal your best players, the grind of trying to survive in a hyper-competitive league takes its toll, and after a season or three you're Wigan or Wolves: ugly, scrapping for points every game, and everybody's hoping you're going to get relegated."
