On one of their forums they tried to start a 'Support Adeyemi' type thread

but it got quickly hijacked by those who blame Tom for being 'a wuss' or being 'Manc' (!) or being cynical enough to have taken out his frustration for having given away a pen to somehow try to get their club in trouble.

They sound unbelievably tribal, defensive and paranoid and the club have got to take some responsibility.

I was born in Liverpool. I come from a long line of Liverpool supporters. I've kind of always had a soft spot for them. But it's really hard to feel that now.
