My interpretation was that although he was obviously offended by the comment
The upset and tears stemmed from the fact that no one was doing anything about it even though he was clearly pointing out who was dishing out the abuse.
I really hope he makes it here, not least so he can return to Anfield with us and make them pay on the pitch.
