I think that he has a great relationship with the board and pretty much anything that he

wants to do player wise they will back. He will know who he wants, they will know who he wants and they will back him.

Just because he says it's harder to get the young and hungry types, is just an honest assessment of the state of the transfer market.

To be honest we probably just need a little bit more experience to add to what we have and to keep us composed in the later stages of games.
