I posted along similar lines albeit perhaps less eloquently last week and you tilted somewhat at the suggestion lambert was after every penny from the board (more so than usual). I wouldn't be too concerned with Mcnally at the helm and it's fair to say the transfer market hasn't really got going yet.
Don't forget how long O neill stayed at Leicester and it's clear that Lambert looks up to him and his Career path. For what it's worth I wouldn't want Hughton but I can see his credentials
