I'm always a bit confused by Everton's perpetual complete skintness. They've had the Sky tv money for ever. They haven't really spunked big money on transfer fees. And I wouldn't have thought their wage bill was that high.

So why are they so skint that they can never seem to buy anyone now? Where does the money go? And is that what we have to look forward to if we stay up?
