Complacency
Off the top of my head I'd estimate that I've been to about two dozen football matches in the Czech Republic, and I never once heard a racist comment, chant etc. I have, however, heard racist comments and chants at football matches in Britain, including from Norwich fans (I am a Norwich fan myself).
Not saying that racism isn't a problem in other countries (the Czech Republic isn't perfect), just think it's a tad arrogant to suggest that the problem doesn't exist here at all and to generalise about the situation elsewhere.
