That he's not been done for being racist. He' been done for using offensive language which (as an aggravating factor) included a reference to Evra's race.
That is not the same as saying he's racist and given that he appears to have admitted using a word which clearly has racial connotations I don't see that he has a leg to stan on in terms of the charges.
Whether or not an 8 match ban is too harsh is another matter but as I hate Liverpool and I hate Suarez my take on it is hahhahahahahahahahhahahaha
