L1, he had a few games to adjust to that. Then promoted to Champs. Took him a few games to adjust to that. Then to the Prem, ditto. IF we stay up and he doesn't get replaced (which sadly I think he might should that happen) then I will be interested to see how he starts NEXT season when he will have no excuse for needing to adjust to the level.
